We make software for people with something to do, something to read, or a little time to play. Our experience comes from years of making things work in the wider world.
Partech’s roots go back to 1997. Bhaskar and Kamal Paratey have been directors since those early years. For more than twenty years, the business built software and hardware solutions for other companies.
Over the last decade, we’ve also been building our own software for the world. Games, everyday apps, desktop tools and typefaces give that experience different forms. We still start with a person, a practical problem and the question of what would help.

Bhaskar has been a director of Partech since 1997. His work connects the company’s years building software and hardware solutions for clients with its development of independent products. He writes about engineering decisions, the surroundings in which software is used, and the responsibility that continues after release.

Dimple brings a background in marketing, business development and consulting to Partech’s product communication. Her focus is the person deciding whether to try an application: the language they encounter, the expectations it creates and the experience that follows. She writes about clarity, product identity and the everyday situations in which software is used.

Bhavna brings an HR leadership background to the people and organisational side of Partech. Her interests include how experience is shared, how different people contribute and how a change becomes part of everyday work. She writes about teams, handovers and designing for the person who receives the work, as well as the person who builds it.

Kamal has been a director of Partech since 1997 and works in operations and finance. Her perspective is the continuing life of the business: the resources a product needs, the commitments a release creates and the clarity of its commercial terms.
