Tall Order ("the app") is published by Partech Systems Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and why.
Information we collect
We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't collect your name, email address or contacts. Your game progress and settings (best streak, daily game results, chosen look, sound and vibration preferences) are stored only on your device. We can't access them.
When you share a score, the app opens your device's share sheet with the text of your result. Nothing is sent to us.
Advertising
The app is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process:
- device identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA (on iOS, only if you allow tracking)
- your IP address and approximate location derived from it
- device and app information, and how you interact with ads
This information is handled by Google under its own policy. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Your choices
- Consent (UK, EEA and Switzerland): the app asks for consent before showing personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices.
- iOS: you can allow or deny tracking when prompted, or later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app deletes all game data stored on your device. For data held by Google for advertising, use the controls described above.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the date above.
