StetPDF ("the app") is published by Partech Systems Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles.
Your documents stay on your computer
StetPDF works entirely on your computer. The PDFs you open, the changes you make, and the files you save are read and written only on your own device. The app does not upload documents, and it does not need an internet connection to work.
Signatures and digital IDs
Signatures you draw, type or upload are saved on your computer so you can reuse them, and you can delete them in the app. Digital IDs (certificates) you create or import are stored in the app's data folder on your computer, protected by the password you choose. We never receive them.
When you sign a PDF with a digital ID, the signature added to the PDF contains your certificate, which includes the name, email address and organisation in it. That is how recipients can check who signed. Only you decide who receives the signed file.
No tracking
The app has no advertising, no analytics and no account. It does not collect usage statistics or send information about you or your documents to us or to anyone else.
Buying StetPDF
When StetPDF goes on sale, payments will be taken by a payment provider acting as the merchant of record. They will receive the details needed to process your purchase, such as your name, email address, country and payment details, and handle them under their own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can send your licence and provide support. We'll name the provider here before sales start.
Children
StetPDF is not directed at children under 13.
